In a statement to MAP at the end of talks attended by Mr. Khaddad Moussaoui , Corcas vice chairman, the speaker of Pan African Parliament said the meeting allowed him to have an insight into 'a situation (of the Sahara issue) which was not well known to me, '' he said.

The talks also focused on the unity of the African continent so that Africa can truly flourish, he added Nkodo Dang.

Commenting other meetings he had with other Moroccan officials, the spaker of Pan African Parliament said the return of Morocco to the African Union is "of great importance" considering  the Kingdom’s position in Africa and internationally.
