|Job Promotion

The national strategy for employment promotion applies to all the kingdom’s regions taking into account their academic and professional specificities.

It reflects the state’s willingness to enhance job creation by intervening on the legislative, institutional and informative aspects. It also reflects the state’s will in its inclusion policy of unemployed graduates and encouragement of private enterprise.

This policy of promoting employment has been sustained by several support and coaching funds, mainly financial, to the creation of income-generating activities according to resources and industries.

In a policy close to public service, the national agency for promoting jobs and skills (ANAPEC) has recently opened a branch in Laayoune to connect and assist companies that hire and employ applicants.

To achieve this, it uses modern means of communication and dissemination of vacancies and job applications such as the Internet and electronic information kiosks installed in several public services in the region.
