Algeria is "a serial violator" of human rights and international humanitarian law, said Omar Kadiri, Morocco's Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN, before the UN Security Council, in response to the Algerian delegation's lies and fallacious allegations about alleged violations of human rights in the Moroccan Sahara.
