Following the dissemination by certain media outlets in the pay of the separatist front of misleading information regarding the audience granted by Ghanaian Foreign Minister, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, to the individual they described as “the ambassador of the fictitious sadr to Ghana,” the Ghanaian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a clarification via its official Facebook and X (former Twitter) accounts, confirming that the State of Ghana’s decision to withdraw its recognition of the so-called “sadr,” dated January 6, 2025, remains in effect and has not been reversed.

The Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (CORCAS), represented by Moulay Ahmed Mghizlate and Saadani Maoulainine, is participating—as part of the Kingdom of Morocco’s official delegation—in the 63rd session of the UN Human Rights Council (HRC).
