Political and civil society actors in Chile have welcomed "the extended hand" of HM King Mohammed VI to initiate a dialogue with Algeria, in order to "build a future of peace and harmony" in the region.

The Speech of HM King Mohammed VI on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of the Throne day is a text with a strong political, social, economic and diplomatic tone, characteristic of great minds, leaders and figures who have impacted their peoples and their times, said Germain Biahodjow, Secretary of the Gabon-Morocco parliamentary friendship group at the Gabonese National Assembly.

Morocco’s ambassador to Nairobi, El Mokhtar Ghambou, called on Kenya, a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council, to support the autonomy plan presented by the Kingdom to achieve a solution to the Moroccan Sahara issue.

The speech of HM King Mohammed VI, delivered on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of the Throne Day, constitutes a sincere invitation and a noble gesture to achieve the Maghreb integration as desired by the peoples of the region, underlined, on Monday, Spanish jurist Miguel Angel Puyol.

In his traditional Speech of the Throne, HM King Mohammed VI reiterated his call to the Algerian government to improve bilateral relations and promote "unity and integration of the Maghreb", writes the Argentine news agency "Alternative Press Agency".
