The Minister of the Interior held a meeting on Wednesday in Laayoune to present the state of progress of the commitments under the new model of development of the southern provinces, assessment of achievements and promotion of measures to accelerate the implementation of the objectives foreseen under this model in accordance with the High Royal Instructions.

Twinning between Laâyoune and Sorrento to support partnership and attract investment

The chairman of the Royal Advisory Council on Saharan Affairs, Khalihenna Ould Errachid, met on February 27, 2017 at the Council's headquarters with Giuseppe Cuomo, the Mayor of the Italian city of Sorrento, who is visiting Morocco from 22 to 28th of February.
