The Chairman of the Royal Consultative Council for Saharan Affairs (CORCAS), Khalihenna Ould Errachid, received this Friday, November 17, 2017 at the headquarters of the Council in Rabat, an academic delegation from the "Chilean Studies Center for the Arab Maghreb" which makes a visit in Morocco at the invitation of Mohammed V Rabat University.

The Chairman of the Royal Advisory Council on Saharan Affairs, Khalihenna Ould Errachid, received yesterday afternoon at Corcas headquarters a large delegation from the Speakers of Parliaments of Central America and Caribbean Forum (FOPREL), which is paing November 14-16 2016, working visit to the Kingdom as part of 35th session of the Forum in Rabat at the Moroccan Parliament.

"Rabat Declaration", which was unanimously approved Tuesday by members of the 35th session of the Forum of Speakers of Parliaments of Central America and Caribbean (FOPREL), calls for support for efforts to achieve a a peaceful, final and negotiated solution to the Moroccan Sahara through dialogue and respect for the decisions by the UN Security Council, while preserving the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Morocco in accordance with FOPREL principles.

No Settlement of Sahara Issue is Possible Outside Morocco's Full Sovereignty and Autonomy Initiative

HM King Mohammed VI reiterated, Monday, the Kingdom's firm position on the Moroccan Sahara question, stressing that no settlement of this issue is possible outside Morocco's full sovereignty over its Sahara, and outside the autonomy initiative.
