Informal negotiations dominated by details, while Morocco had proposed to hold only one or two meetings before the formal negotiations

Morocco's decision to withdraw confidence in Christopher Ross, personal envoy of UN Secretary General for the Sahara, does not mean any transgression of the spirit of the Security Council resolutions or a waiver form whatsoever, said Thursday in Rabat, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Saad El Dine Otmani.
