The Permanent Representative of Morocco to the United Nations, Ambassador Omar Hilale, sent, Friday, a letter to the President and members of the UN Security Council in which he decried the instrumentalization by Algeria of its mandate in the Council to advance its biased position on the issue of the Moroccan Sahara.

Djibouti praised, before the members of the Committee of 24 of the United Nations, the growing international support for the autonomy initiative proposed by Morocco for the final settlement of the regional dispute over the Moroccan Sahara.
