The Chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, Khalihenna Ould Errachid, received on Monday at the Council an Argentinean parliamentary delegation led by Alberto Cejas, President of Argentina-Morocco Parliamentary Friendship Group and member of the "FPV" ruling coalition (Frente para la Victoria).

Michael Rubin, an expert at the (Naval Postgraduate School's Center for Civil-Military Relations) said in an analysis published on (CNN) webpage that Algeria opposes autonomy plan in the Sahara for fear that this solution would be unprecedented at level of its internal policy, pointing out that Algeria sees Polisario as tool to serve its hegemony ambitions in the region .

China reaffirmed by its Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Wang Yi, who is paying December 22 to 24, 2013  a working visit to Morocco that its "position on the Sahara issue is constant and unchanged".
