The Moroccan delegation participating in the Pacific Seminar of the 3rd International Decade for the Eradication of Colonialism, which were held from May 31 to June 2 in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, said the latest resolution Security Council No. 1979 supported the constructive proposals made by the Kingdom of Morocco, during the numerous rounds of informal talks.

The UN Secretary General's Personal Envoy Christopher Ross announced, on Tuesday, at the end of the 7th round of the closed-door talks that the 8th round of UN-sponsored informal talks on the Sahara will take place in the second half of July 2011 in Manhasset (suburban New York).
