The vast majority of the sequestered population in the camps of Tindouf, south-western Algeria, support Morocco's autonomy initiative for the Sahara and are in general disappointed by the failed promises of the polisario, said the Chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (CORCAS), Khali Henna Ould Errachid.

The Republic of Guinea-Bissau decided on Tuesday to withdraw its recognition of the so-called 'SADR'.
The announcement was made in Rabat by Guinea-Bissau's State minister and Presidential advisor, El Haj  Dahaba, following a meeting with Morocco's Foreign minister, Taib Fassi Fihri.

Mr. Khalihenna Ould Errachid, chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, received Friday in Rabat, Mr. Christopher Ross, Special Envoy of Mr. Ban Ki-moon, Secretary General of the United Nations for the Sahara, who had been received Thursday by His Majesty King Mohammed VI in the city of Tetouan.
