Closed borders between Morocco and Algeria symbolizes non-Maghreb integration and significantly slows human and economic development in the region, says Oxfam France in a report entitled "20th anniversary of border closure between Algeria and Morocco: significant costs for the Maghreb".

A training session on Media and Human Rights, organized by the Regional Commission on Human Rights (CRDH) of Laayoune-Smara for the benefit of journalists and representatives of the communication services of public institutions ended late Saturday.
