Responding to Algerian UN ambassador Amar Bendjama's misleading assertions on the Moroccan Sahara issue, at the C24 seminar currently taking place in Caracas, Venezuela, Morocco's ambassador and permanent representative to the UN, Omar Hilale, questioned him about his presence in Caracas, when he has a mandate from the Arab group to defend its causes in New York.
